Rick Lines Associate Professor of Criminology and Human Rights

Dr Rick Lines is Associate Professor of Criminology and Human Rights at the Hillary Rodham Clinton School of Law at Swansea University, where he is co-Director of the Centre on Criminal Justice and Criminology. He has been described as ‘a key figure in the emerging field of human rights and drug policy’ and is author of ‘Drug Control and Human Rights in International Law' (CUP, 2017).
