Joe wants to go into criminal defence and is currently completing his GDL whilst working at Citizens Advice. He is fascinated by critical perspectives on law and human rights and presented his BA thesis research on the topic at a conference organised by the Sussex Centre of Human Rights in January 2017. He is an active member of the Haldane Society and Young Legal Aid Lawyers and fantasises about a world where people earn piles of cash through legal aid.
