David Russell UK Coordinator of Survivors Fund (SURF)

David has served as the UK Coordinator of Survivors Fund (SURF) from 2014. From 2009 to 2013, he served as Director, working on programmes which extended from healthcare to housing, education to entrepreneurship. He first began working with SURF in 2004 as a consultant, providing support to the then Director (and SURF Founder) Mary Kayitesi Blewitt OBE. He also serves as Chair of Network for Africa, which supports communities recovering from trauma in post-conflict countries in Africa.
